Auckland Transport Database Operation Manual (ATDOM) Version 1 provides policies and procedures for collecting, entering, and managing road asset inventory data consistently across Auckland region. It addresses 10 key asset tables including carriageway, footpath, and maintenance cost tables. The manual specifies what data to collect, why it is important, and how to collect each field through step-by-step instructions. The goal is to improve data quality, completeness and consistency over time and between data collectors. Future phases will address additional tables and upgrade the manual to RAMM 2011 standards.

Is there a relationship between leaders’ personality traits and organizational commitment among their associates?
• A quantitative research design tested the relationship between leaders’ personality traits and organizational commitment
Apparel and Consumer Packaged Goods organizations
• New York and New Jersey markets
• Leaders’ personality traits assessed utilizing the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
• Associates’ levels of organizational commitment measured utilizing the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire (OCQ)
• Findings: There is a significant relationship between specific leaders’ personality traits and organizational commitment among their associates
The system COLLEGE TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM can be used to manage the data of all type of TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT. It will support both stand alone and also networking environment. The system uses ASP.Net Technology.

Keepit Course 5: Tools for Assessing Trustworthy RepositoriesJISC KeepIt project
This presentation provides a quick overview of two key, and complementary, tools used to measure trust of digital repositories. First it focusses on Trustworthy Repositories Audit and Certification (TRAC), leading towards another tool, DRAMBORA, that is applied more extensively in the next presentation. The presentation was given as part of the final module of a 5-module course on digital preservation tools for repository managers, presented by the JISC KeepIt project. Oracle in the 2014 edition of its Open World rolled out new database public cloud service with its DBaaS offerings, but this is just a piece in each company's technological architecture. Businesses still have the need to create a Private cloud and discover the driver to create it; Wether it is a measured service, consolidation or rapid provisioning, finding this driver will be the initial building block for it. This presentation will give you an insight on how a Private Cloud is architected, how the service catalog is the most important brick and how get the benefit of this upcoming era of Databases.
Relational databases have pretty much ruled over the IT world for the last 30 years. However, Web 2.0 and the incipient Internet of Things (IoT) are some of the sources of a data explosion that has proved to exceed the limits of what modern relational databases can handle in a growing number of cases. As a result, new technologies had to be developed to handle these new use cases. We generally group these technologies under the umbrella of Big Data. In this two part presentation, we will start by understanding how relational databases have evolved to become the powerhouses they are today. In part 2 we will look at how non SQL databases are tackling the big data problem to scale beyond what relational databases can provide us today.

Version 1 - March 2013
Why?
• to maintain consistency cross the AKL region for data
collection, entry and management
How?
• provides policies/ procedures for data integrity/
consistency overtime, independent of supplier.
• procedures for inventory data collection, validation
and day to day collection (maint. and construction)
• specifies fields and tables to be populated

Three main areas addressed:
• What?
• What is collected?
• Why?
• Why is it collected
• How?
• How is it collected
9. 9
What is collected?
• Based on a data dictionary
• Similar to Appendix 3 Asset Register of SHDOM
• Defines compulsory and optional fields
• Designed to ensures consistency in asset register
10. 10
Why is it collected?
• Gives context of the need to collect data
• Assists with “buy in” of collectors
• Outlines responsibilities
11. 11
How is it collected?
