PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Team Industrial Services Inc. – St. Paul, MN 3/2016 – Present
Team Industrial Services provides clients with leak valve repair, field machining, technical bolting, field heat-treating,
and nondestructive testing evaluation.
Certified Level II Nondestructive Testing Technician in Liquid Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing,
Ultrasonic Thickness Testing, and Assistant Radiographer.
• Perform nondestructive evaluation of welds in piping, spools, tanks, valves, and vessels.
• Work with API’s and CWI’s to perform and evaluate clients equipment utilizing proper NDE approved methods
and procedures.
• Assist Certified Level II Technicians in Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Penetrant and Visual
Inspection to customer’s specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Currently hold and have completed training/background checks of the following: 10 Hour OSHA Hazard
Recognition Training, Iowa Department of Health Industrial Radiographer Training Card, Transportation
Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Card), and valid United States Passport.
