Total number of

6. (II) Open Count
Open rate measures ,
how many people "view"
or "open" the
mailer which we have
sent. By using
TSLimpact we can send
numerous mailers per

7. (IV) Unique Open Count
TSLimpact also tracks unique
email opens. i.e, Similar to an
email open, unique email
opens eliminate all duplicate

server, but the mail was bounced
back.
Reasons for Soft bounces.
• The mailbox was full
• The server was down
• The message was too large for the
recipient’s inbox

Hard bounce occurs when the
message has been permanently
rejected.
Reasons for Soft bounces.
• The email address is invalid
• The email addresses doesn’t exist
