This document discusses how globalization and increased internet usage has led to new challenges in addressing child sex trafficking locally and globally. It argues that the rise of cyber child pornography due to greater mobility, interconnectivity, and virtual realities made possible by technology and economic forces has increased the demand and supply of exploitative content. It suggests that nation-states and their criminal justice systems need to work together in a "network" approach to better secure against these issues across physical and online domains through legal, social, and law enforcement efforts.
