2. Summary
Joined as Management Trainee (MT) in M/s Hindustan Copper limited, a Copper Mining
& Process organization having multi Units spread over in the states of MP , Rajasthan,
Jharkhand and Maharashtra in January 1981.
Finally separated from HCL as Advisor M&C) after working in different capacities as
DGM, AGM, CMM, Sr M, Manager, Dy Manager, and Assistant Manager in Materials
and Contracts departments in different projects of HCL
Experience
Have over 35 years of work experience handling various responsibilities in Stores,
Purchase and Logistics functions in Hindustan copper limited. My job responsibilities
inter alia include: inventory control, maintenance of the Ware house, all purchase
related decisions, vendor development and logistics planning, implementation of
e-tendering, e-auction, reverse auction.
In coordination with TCS, Oracle & our systems dept, I was instrumental in
successful implementation of ERP in Purchase, Stores and Contracts Modules.
