Leader responsible for the preparation of schedules, WBS dictionary, critical analysis and development of procedures for quality management,
procurement management, HR, operations and others, to support the construction of 1,400 km of new railway network in the Northeast.
Client: BASF – Project: New production unit
Leader responsible for procurement team with activities in issue of technical specifications, technical evaluation, negotiation with suppliers, issue
of purchasing order, Kick-Off-Meeting, certification of vendor documentation, expediting, inspection and delivery monitoring of all equipment,
instruments, electrical panels and ventilation devices. It also includes this list of activities - specification, negotiation and contracting of construction
and assembly services for the same project.
Value creation in this project by money saving in the negotiations and challenge through the interface with a large number of different suppliers
during the project.

Client: PETROBRAS - Project: SEPOYPET
Leader responsible for the detailed engineering for installation of 110 panels supplied by Siemens in POY and PET units located in the state of
Pernambuco and execution of activities related to the integration of detailed scope with up to 5 different business units from Siemens to propose
technical workaround to solve problems identified during the panels assembly.
Client: LANXESS - Project: New HPM unit – Porto Feliz
Leader responsible for EP project (Engineering and Procurement), detailed design, procurement services needed to all services and materials,
specification and ETE/ ETA projects and alignment meetings with the client team locally and located in Germany. It stands as a challenge of this
project the adaption of a reference project ever executed in another country to the Brazilian reality.
Client: BRASKEM - Project: Framework agreement
Leader responsible for execution of the conceptual engineering, basic engineering, detailed engineering and procurement, to the units located in
the Southeast, Northeast and South of Brazil. Also responsible for execution of installation and maintenance services of PIMS, MES, Loop tuning
and Advanced Process Control for all these units. It stands out as the main challenge of this project the creation of unique standard of care for
these BRASKEM units across different offices at CHEMTECH.
Client: MONSANTO - Project: Santa Helena e Ipuã Industrial automation
Project to upgrade the automation of seed processing plant of Monsanto located in St. Helena - GO and Ipuã - SP. The main achievements were
- preparation of As-Built engineering documentation, proposal of improvements in automation and development and deployment of a SCADA to
control and supervision of the process for the entire beneficiation process of seeds.
Client: FRIALTO - Project: Industrial automation of biodiesel unit
Responsible for development and implementation of SCADA at level 3 and installation of new instruments in level 1 for control and supervision of
the biodiesel plant located in Sinop-MT. The main benefit of this project was the automatic operation of the biodiesel production plant.
Client: BRASKEM - Project: Data reconciliation
Leader responsible for developing migration routines of inventory data (tanks) to PCP and ERP systems for production consolidation daily.
Retrieval of reliable data by automatic routines was the main gain of the project.
Client: BRASKEM - Project: Audit and Loop tuning
Responsible for auditing the control valves and tuning of PID parameters of the control loop installed at entire soda plant located in Maceió-AL.
The main benefits of this project were – maintenance of control valves with fault log, control loop stabilization and reduction in steam consumption.
Client: PETROBRAS - Project: Energy efficiency
Leader with activities to support process analysis of operational and financial returns after the implementation of more energy efficiency
equipments in REVAP unit. The main benefits of this project was a book issued with a list of opportunities to allow PETROBRAS choice the
solution consideranting the payback period of each proposal realized for CHEMTECH.
Client: SAMARCO - Project: PMIS and MES maintenance
Maintenance of data storage systems (PIMS) of the factory floor and manufacturing execution systems (MES) of mining units (located in Mariana,
Minas Gerais), transportation and processing (located in Ubu-ES Pontal ). The main benefit of the project was maintaining a level of availability of
99.99% for the PIMS and MES.
Client: PETROBRAS - Project: Risk analysis
Leader responsible for the project for report development considering the quantitative risk analysis results, APP meetings, severity analysis results,
social risks and probability versus impacts of the risks events identified through meetings.
Client: BRASKEM - Project: Fire and gas system and SIS
Leader responsible for the basic engineering, detailed engineering and procurement services for the installation of new fire and gas central and
their respective devices (detectors) and specification and implementation of SIS (Safety Instrumented System) in BRASKEM.
Client: ONS - Project: PIMS installation
Leader responsible for purchasing, installation and configuration of a PIMS (Plant Information Management System) for an amount exceeding one
million of collection points distributed through all Brazil in the electrical centers controlled / monitored by the ONS. The main benefit of this project
was the integration of all electrical system data in the computers located at the ONS.
Client: SABESP - Project: Automation master plan and NOVO SCOA
Leader responsible for issue of the projects chips with identification of workaround with payback period and prioritized solutions for SABESP.
Implementation also of the Simatic IT historian system for storage and distribution of data through Simatic IT native tools.

Client: PETROBRAS - Project: Risk analysis Leader responsible for the project for report development considering the quantitative risk analysis results, APP meetings, severity analysis results, social risks and probability versus impacts of the risks events identified through meetings.
