   Planned/coordinated/managed move of 70-staff trade association offices from rented space in
    Washington, DC to newly-constructed association-owned building;

    move affecting 60% of employees on three floors;
   Coordinated seamless changeover of property managers after 2-year tenure of original manager;
   Provided ongoing briefings to property managers, including updates on/oversight of repairs,

   Chief liaison to architect/general contractor/subcontractors in completion of building construction
    and ongoing work on structural, equipment and maintenance exterior/interior projects;

OFFICE MANAGER
Working with property management team, directed/implemented all functions relating to maintenance,
construction and repair for 11-story building and specifically for 3-floor Society suite. In addition, served
as primary contact with building security company on all facility issues, including installing improved
visitor/vendor ID procedures. Led extensive off-site archiving activities and oversaw ordering,
installation and maintenance of non-computer office equipment. Maintained office supply stocks.
Participated in on-boarding process to familiarize new-hires with office suite and contents. Supervised

Managed 200-delegate registration/credentialing at annual meeting of United American Nurses, the
