multiple health centers Countywide. Devised a managed care, collaboration program with the private sector to substitute private sector beds for County
resources. Proficient report writer and editor in charge of reviewing all documents and reports from sites’ staff to appear before chief executives, Board
of Supervisors, and all interested stakeholders including medical providers and the Los Angeles community at large. Curtailed budget - $3.67 Million.
