Experienced executive manager in charge of $2.3 Billion capital program for the County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services. Charged with
devising an implementation plan for building a 970-bed hospital, two (2) additional hospitals, and multiple hospital additions and retrofits, plus build
multiple health centers Countywide. Devised a managed care, collaboration program with the private sector to substitute private sector beds for County
resources. Proficient report writer and editor in charge of reviewing all documents and reports from sites’ staff to appear before chief executives, Board
of Supervisors, and all interested stakeholders including medical providers and the Los Angeles community at large. Curtailed budget - $3.67 Million.
Employ forecasting, benchmarking and other analyses to improve efficiency and effectiveness of County’s health care delivery system.
