2009-2014 (Cincinnati) Founder and operator of Café de Wheels Foodtruck. Also known as @theburgertruck on
Twitter and as Café de Wheels Cincy on Facebook. As the solefounder of the Cincinnati Foodtruck movement, Café de
Wheels served locally sourced burgers,Cubans,grilled cheeses, our own unique veggie burger, sweet potato fries and
regular fries from the 1st Foodtruck in Cincinnati. As the owner and manager I had oversight of all menus,staff, prep,
schedulingand negotiations;essentially all operationsof Café de Wheels from inception to sale. I also worked onboard as a
cook when necessary.The vehiclewas a 2004 Ford step van containinga complete kitchen including:Ansul Hood,sandwich
prep, refrigerators/freezers,steam table, gas fryer, stove, oven and 36”flattop.

help of DAAP at UC. Currently representing over fifty mobile restaurants.
2005-2006 President AICE/Dallas Region.Instrumental in bringing High Definition TV awareness to the Dallasmarket
through cooperation with the AICE national.Instrumental oversightin the design and creation of the revised (and current)
