Responsabilités:
 Level 1 monitoring and troubleshooting of Access Network Devices Including
GPON, MSAN & NGN.
 Level 1 Monitoring and troubleshooting of VHF and VSAT.
 Responsible for Managing Access Network NOC Team that includes 6 engineers
for 24*7 Monitoring of Network
 Coordination with customer regarding Weekly and monthly reporting of Live
Network.

 Trouble Ticketing, Fault Escalation and follow-up for timely resolution of issues
 Integration of new equipment and verification of new nodes after the ATPs
 Check for the feasibility of integrating new node with existing setup
 Analysis of System overall performance during node deployment
