Leo T. A. Trott II has over 30 years of experience as a voice network engineer for Cable and Wireless in Bermuda. He received a BSc in Electrical Engineering Technology from Alabama A&M University in 1990. His responsibilities include provisioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting international and national voice networks, calling card platforms, and hosted PBX systems. He also manages hosted PBX projects from initial planning through post-installation support. Trott holds several telecommunications certifications and continues to pursue additional training in networking, security, and other areas.

transmission equipment requirements
 Conduct Pre-installation site survey and customer
questionnaire and report on LAN or Local Loop deficiencies
and recommend corrective measures
 Draft project plan including timelines and milestone target dates
 Provide a single point of contact for contractors and clients
 Proactively identify potential problems and provide resolution
 Direct provisioning team & field technicians assigned to the
project
 Maintain an action item register for reviewing and tracking
issues
 Coordinate regular conference calls with clients Sales/Product
managers, contractors, and other stake holders
 Design and deliver internal and external product training
 Ensure Process Management and Quality Control during every
stage of the product roll out
 Provide post installation technical support, document and
