EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY:
It is my conviction that the way to reach students is to build upon their strengths and not just
concentrate on their areas of weakness. Educators must help unlock the door to learning for every
student, regardless of heritage. The foundation of an educator’s relationship with students should
be built on praising students for what they can do and then gently back filling to strengthen those
areas in need of further academic, social, and psychological development.
