Lee Hunter is an experienced educator administrator, curriculum facilitator, and instructional coach dedicated to maximizing the potential of every student. They have over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles developing curriculum, facilitating professional learning communities, presenting at conferences, and directing summer reading programs. They are currently a curriculum facilitator and assistant principal at Jones Intermediate School, where they provide professional development, analyze student data, and mentor teachers.

included CRISS, Kagan, Thinking Maps, and Marzano Vocabulary instructional strategies for the Fourth
Grade Team. Embedded SMART Notebook activities in lesson plans to maximum student engagement and
motivation. Updated grade-level Haiku with current learning targets and intentional purposeful lesson
plans and instructional strategies that ensure rigor, relevance, and authenticity. Became the classroom
