 Complete IRP's, Comprehensives Assessments, progress notes, Priors, and discharge

 Maintain a caseload of 18 consumers or more
 Facilitate therapeutic and didactic groups
● Assist the Program Director in dealing with crises situations, de-escalation, and

 Prepare appointments for Program Psychiatrist, consisting of reviewing all consumers
medications, bloodwork, and progress to brief the psychiatrist

 Create and update group templates and well as create new schedules
