More than 25 year Vast Experienced Manager Utility
I have to my credit more than 25 years of rich & varied experience in electrical
equipment &Instrumentation of Boiler, Utility and Mechanical maintenance of
plant.
JOB Description
Electrical:
1. 2000 KVA Contract Demand, 33KV/0.415 KV outdoor sub-station ,2000KVA
on load tap changer transformer and 750KVA transformer ,CG make VCB,
PCC panel ,Capacitor bank 1500KVAr,5000HP connected load,more than
500nos motors 180HP to 1HP. 02 Nos of 500KVA DG set one is Cummins
and other caterpillar INTAK make, I have run 6 Nos 1MW DG in parallel
operation more than 20000Hrs as Ruchi Soya Mangliya unit. Perform
preventive and routine maintenance of DG set.
2. Perform preventive, breakdown ,and annual maintenance of PCC panel ,MCC
panel ,check and correct all motors for Bearing condition and greasing of
motors, check insulation ,termination, earthling connection of all machines.
3. Maintain local licensing, perform work for yearly inspection of sub-station don
by electrical Inspector. Submitting of G-form form-16 and deposit electricity
duty for DG unit generation. All electrical maintenance perform with safety.
Take a permit from local grid for HT grid maintenance.
4. Cable selection, Cable laying, Panel installation, testing & charging.
5. Installation, operation & maintenance of AC drive from
1HPto50HP.ABB,BCH&Siemens.
Utility :
1. Boiler feed pump, ID,FD fan , Coal crusher and coal handling system , belt
conveyor, Elevator all machine check drive system motor-gearbox ,drive
chain and chain wheel condition lubrication, gearbox oil level and oil condition
replace if require. Check all drive system for vibration , alignment, foundation
bolt and other condition.
2. Cooling tower fan drive system, gearbox position oil level, coupling, and
check for vibration free operation. Check water spraying nozels working
properly.
3. Compressor air filter, oil & oil filter replace as per schedule and requirement.
Call service engineer for compressor emergency breakdown.
Machanical maintenance:
1. Seed handling system belt conveyor, Elevator, and Radler conveyor, screw
conveyor dust blower etc check operating condition like motor temperature
,vibration bearing condition, foundation bolt and correct them as require
replace bearing, tight foundation bolt.
Make work schedule, man power requirement and spare requirement for all
above maintenance work. Arrange store spares, send requirement to store for
purchase. Set a target and complete the work to achieve target.
Presently Working with M/s Ruchi J-Oil Pvt. Ltd. As Manager Utility since
Sept.2004. Having 1000MT solvent Extraction plant, 150MT Edible refinery.

Mq. for oil tank blanketing, First in India Bulher make soya germ separation

2. system 450MT.
Previous Experience:
• Gujrat Ambuja Export Ltd. Pithampur, Dist. Dhar.from November 2002 to
September 2004 as Assistant Manager- Utility & looking maintenance &
production activity. 800TPD solvent Extraction plant and 100TPD floor mill.
2000KVA, Contract Demand 1350 KVA.
• Dewas Soya Ltd. Dewas, from May 1999 to October 2002. Manager- Utility
&looking maintenance & production activity. 2000KVA transformer, 500KVA
DG set 04 Nos Caterpillar INTAK make run with parallel operation.
• Ruchi Soya Industries Ltd. Mangliya Indore, as Utility Engineer from Dec
1997 to April 1999. 6000KVA, 5000KVA (two connection) contract demand.
07 Nos of 2000KVA Transformer, & 1 MW 6 Nos. Cummins India make DG
set. Run with parallel operation.
• Madhu Milan Syntex Ltd. (Soya Division) Dewas, from May 1996 to
December 1997. Assistant Manager- Utility. 800TPD solvent extraction plant,
150MT edible refinery. Low rpm DG set 1125KVA 02nos B&W MAN make,
1348KVA make Bergen. 2000KVA transformer.
• Prestige Foods Ltd. Dewas from Oct. 1994 to April. 1996. Looking Production
& Maintenance. 400TPD solvent extraction plant, 100TPD edible refinery.
• Varuna Agro Proteins Ltd, Bhaukhedi, Sehore , from Oct 1992 to Sept.1994.
Looking Electrical & Instrument Maintenance. 200TPD De-smate make
solvent extraction plant. 1000KVA Transformer, 750KVA contract demand.
• Tri Star Soya Product Ltd. Maksi from May 1989 to Sept.1992 as Jr. Engineer
production (Shift Engineer). 02Nos transformer 1000 KVA, 600TPD solvent
plant. 100TPD edible refinery.

Ujjain in the year1988.
2. HSSC exam from M P Board of Education Bhopal in the year1983
