in INTERNATIONAL PAPER APPM LIMITED Unit: Kadiyam, since 2008.
Job Responsibilities:
• Operation and maintenance of 33Kv /433 v substation.
• 33 KV switch yard operations.
• 11 KV/433 V switch gears Operation and Maintenance.
• Maintenance of 3.3KV HT motors.
• Maintenance of Transformers from 250 KVA to 7500 KVA.
• Maintenance of all types of Starters, Air circuit breakers, vacuum circuit breakers
MOCBs, BOCBs SF 6 Breakers.
2. • Operation and maintenance of Air compressors, Emergency Diesel Generators, plant
lighting, ups, Battery banks and battery Chargers.
• Maintenance of overhead crane OMIS make (8T+8T) capacity.
• Installation of capacitor banks where power factor improvement is needed.
• Record and analyze all machine downtime and seek improvements that will reduce repeat
breakdowns.
• Daily reporting to the manager about the progress of work and if any breakdowns in
plant.
• Co-operate with process people to ensure smooth running of plant without any
interruptions.
