Estate deals (Sales and Leases), totaling approximately two hundred thousand (200,000) square feet
with a value of over Twenty One Million dollars ($21,000,000.00). In the first half of 2014 we have
closed over fifty (50) deals, totaling approximately one hundred forty thousand (140,000) square feet
with an approximate value of over Eleven million five hundred thousand dollars ($11,500,000.00).

investing in and brokering real estate deals.

Board Of Directors/Volunteer
I volunteer and am on the Board of Directors for OUR HOUSE Grief Support Center and I volunteer and
raise fundsforthe childrenof CampErin. Camp Erinis a bereavement camp designed for children ages
6-17, who have experienced the death of a family member or friend within the last 3 years. It is a
traditional, fun, and high-energy camp combined with grief education that is free of charge to all
families. In2010 I starteda fundraisingeventsothatmore grievingchildrencouldattend this camp. As
of 2014 my event has raised approximately $200,000.00 which has allowed us to offer two (2) summer
camps and the ability to serve many more grieving children.
I am proud to announce that on August 16, 2014 we were awarded an EMMY for our documentary that
