Led a team of 10 people in the incoming derivatives documentation team which

booked correctly. This involves matching formulae, trade details and legal
language.
Managerial functions; including generating statistical reports and liaising with
management to increase productivity.
Selected as lead expert to review more complicated structured derivatives, and
to train new team members.
Six sigma reporting and statistical indicators found the team to be one of the best
performing within Sydney operations; outperforming its targets by the largest
margin.
Proactively performed a cost benefit analysis of the team; recommended to
management that functions be moved to India.
Led the resulting project in India; training 10 employees and a supervisor.
