PROFILE
A teacher by choice with ten plus years of experience in teaching High school , Secondary , Higher Secondary levels of Schools
affiliated to ICSE, CBSE and State Board with a commitment to shape and mould children and teenagers to become people of

‘Mushroom Poisoning’ was published in the local English newspaper.
October 2010 Participated as guide for the State level 18th National Children’s Science Congress and
carried out a project under the theme, ‘Land Resources: Use for Prosperity, Save for
Posterity’.
December 2011 Participated as Guide teacher in the 19th National Children’s Science Congress at the
national level under the same focal theme.

3. SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS
 Actively involved in planning and establishing Biology lab for the 1st batch of Hr. Sec. Science students in Sacred Heart
Hr. Sec. School and Patkai Christian Academy, Ukhrul, Manipur.
 The following marks were scored in Environmental Education, the subject assigned to me, by the 32 students of the
Class X batch of 2010 of Patkai Christian Academy. 100 % - 1 student , 90% and above - 29 students, 88% - 2 students.
 Trained a team of students for participation in the district level “Walk, don’t Run” competition held in Oct 2011 in the
discipline of choreography . The team won the 1st prize, the Best Choreography Team Award and a cash prize of Rs.
10,000.
 “Walk, don’t Run” is a district level inter-school event of competition in various academic and non-academic disciplines
organized by the Gee Aar Club, a govt. registered organization in Ukhrul district).
 Involved in community work to promote quality education and support women education.
 Heading the Education Project Committee of Ukhrul Women’s League, an apex organization of the women in Ukhrul
since April 2014. The Committee without the help of any financing body raised its own funds and has organized
