every hour while they slept for health and safety precautions.
· I also had a part in helping them to stay healthy as in suggesting something healthier to
eat instead of something that was high in calories because most of the people had a set
amount of calories they could consume in a day which was prescribed by doctor’s orders.
· I had daily notes for each person for the shift I worked and I documented everything that
we did that day along with what they did for example, if they took a nap, where we drove
to including what was done on their outing, when and what time they had their
medications which was the exact time every day. Basically everything the individuals did
on my shift was concluded in my daily notes.
