1. Review Daily FundSERV Report and ensure that mutual funds error report are dealt
with and reconciled on a daily basis.
2. Make sure adjustments are done to correct/amend the reconciling items on the mutual
fund report to balance off units, and send LOI's to Fund Companies if needed to fix the
accounts.
3. Make sure Estate roll-overs requests are processed on FundSERV and LOD's are sent
for manual requests.
4. Deal with Rejected items from Fund Companies that shows on the system
(Primebase), e-mail the business partner about the issue in order to rectify the transfer.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCES:
1. Working knowledge of RRSP, RRIF, LIRA, LIF, TFSA and Non-Reg accounts/ Estate
roll-overs.
2. Dealt with outstanding tickets regarding transfer issues, escalations/ urgent issues.
Monitor daily work flow and delegate to balance off daily tasks.
3. Motivate staff to share best practice stories on CiCEI Legendary Experiences
4. Dealt and took ownership on complicated transfer issues.
5. Monitor outstanding tickets regarding transfer rejections on mutual funds transfers
submitted on line and update the tickets accordingly.
6. Follow-up on escalations/urgent requests coming from the front office or other
departments across TD Wealth.
7. Investigate complicated transfer issues processed in error and send request to Fund
Companies to amend /rectify the accounts involved.
