HeroesClub- HelpingEveryone ReachOpportunity Empowerment and Success 2013-Present
The Heroesclub was created by FIU students that were/are in the foster care system or were/are homeless.
The main goal of the club is to help people in need,which could be anyone. We know what it feels like to
be in a vulnerable position and we want to help others out of the goodness of our hearts. The club is open
to anyone that wants to be a part of it.
Student Programing Council 2014-Present
The Student Programming Council is an organization that programs eventsfor the FIU students and its
community. Events range from comedy shows to movies, concerts, pool parties, and lectures.Members of
SPC have the opportunity to gain leadership experience,network,and learn how to program a variety of
events.In addition, the council works with other organizations on campus to provide more diverse
programming to students.
 General Member- must attend 65% of events for at least an hour each.
National Residence HallHonorary 2013-2015
An organization that holds the goal of improving the housing and residence hall community for college
students all around the nation. Only the top 1% of the entire student body is chosen.
 Vice President of Recognition 2014- Notices, recognizes,and awards Housing faculty and staff for
outstanding attitudes with gifts and certificates. Helps with planning and hosting events.
 Executive Board- participates in national and regional conferencesthat represent FIU Housing
 Member-Goes to all meetings,events, and community service opportunities.
DeltaEpsilon Iota Academic Honors Society 2014-Present
Since our inception, Delta Epsilon Iota’s mission has been to educate membersabout career development,
encourage academic excellence,andpromote the principles of Dedication,Enthusiasm, and Initiativein all
aspects of campus life. Over the years, the Societyhas embraced these values and is now one of the
leading academic honor societies serving higher education. Membershipis comprised of outstanding
scholars attending many of the finest educational institutions in the country. Organizational vision and
cutting edge resources have made the Delta Epsilon Iota name synonymous with leadership and academic

An organization created to benefit students that were in the foster care system. Theyare provided with
many opportunities to increase the chancesof success in college and in future careers such as: a Success
Coach, Mentors, Scholarships, Job opportunities, Professional Workshops, Clubs, Leadership positions, Job
and Volunteer opportunities, and more.
RHA Hall Council 2013-2014
The Residence Hall Association provides an opportunity for students to become involved in issues
concerningthe residence halls through Village/Hall Council.
 SelectedHall Ambassador- helps plan, set up,volunteer and organize many events throughout the
year with others in the hall council program to benefit the overall dorm life community.

Tokyo Love Bots Competitive Professional Dance Crew 2013-Present
A dance organization that is run by volunteer dance and choreography professionals that work together to
achieve togetherness and talent.
 Competed in a State competition called, “DefTalent Jam” in Gainesville and placed third out of 9

 Physical Education assistant- assisted Elementary Physical Education classes throughout the school
day. I learned successful activities I could use if I were to join this career. I exchanged evaluations
with the teachers I worked with and gave feedback about their achievements with the guidelines
of an FIU course: Introduction to Education. I also got to work one on one with many special needs
children.
