Bayside High School's SIA (Students in Action) committee emphasizes community service and student involvement through various initiatives and leadership opportunities. The committee, featuring representatives like Kaitlyn Jacobs and Macy Monroe, has successfully increased participation and recognition of students, with 21,661 students and a total of 19,449 volunteer hours logged. They aim to further enhance community engagement and prepare for regional competition in the coming year.

9. Improvements To SIA We have acquired incentives to motivate students and receive a broad student body participation. Committee cut down to 3 in order to maintain responsibility and completion of tasks We have doubled our student nominations from about 2 to 8. We have Publicly recognized our winners. This is our first year participating in regional competition.
