 Business Manager – Worked in partnership with W. Washington Petroleum on
development of an Oil & Gas control system, which controls operational production

 Developed a Balanced ScoreCard control system on the Intranet platform. This application
is being used in more than 20 remote factories all over Latin América, with aproximately
600 users. Also developed Balanced Scorecard in Unibanco, and this application is being
used by almost 1000 users, based on .NET platform.
 Alcoa Aluminum Refinery Expansion Project: Responsible for providing infra-structure (
both hardware and software for almost 100 engineers and technical team ). Experience
(administration and instalation) with Primavera Expedition, and Meridian, both softwares
focused on Project engineering and operational project control.

2.  Experience in mapping the company’s information, based on PMI Concept. Created
several addicional modules to the company’s ERP, based on Intranet platform, as
examples, company’s accounts receivable, accounts payable, and also several
manufacturing reports.
 Project Manager – Votorantim AgroIndústria S/A - Responsible for coordinating
interviews with key directors of the company. Developed a strategy plan to implementation
of the new Intranet company’s Portal, based on Sharepoint Microsoft technology.
 Project Manager - Responsible for coordinating PMO Project with Accenture, with key
responsabilities on project status/control, deadlines, scope project, assuring both clients
( Bradesco S/A and G Barbosa ) the work-flow of tasks. The main objective of this project
was to implement a Private Label operation.
 Project Manager - Maintainance of SIV system( Sales Integrated System ), which controls
the Sales of AMBEV S/A, as well as in every CDD ( Distribution Centers and Resellers),
with aproximately 13000 users in Brazil and Latin America.
