Duties and Responsibilities:
• To lead and manage aircraft loading and offloading team
• make sure conducting pre-arrival supervision clean the bay and free of FOD before
aircraft landed, Monitoring baggage segregation, directing QRT or Human remains from arrival
flights. Checking that the information in the LDM/CPM are all received and distributed as
proper-way, Finally check if the flight is turn around and make the arrival flight file.
• Early preparation for departure flights arranging all flight activities including all
equipment and manpower like porters and drivers, before starting the loading checkup that
flight number, aircraft registration, bay number, date and time on the load-plan or LIRF also
keep the ground time and supervise aircraft loading instructions to avoid mistakes or
misleading of the aircraft provide the NOTOC, maintaining good communication with your
aircraft dispatcher or TAS and other parts of operations including baggage sorters and
supervisors in the terminals.
