Key Energy Services (Jane Lew, WV)
The job requires traveling and staying away from home weeks at a time, working shift work with
long hours,and on call rotation.
I have a class A CDL with tanker and HAZMAT.
In 2012, I was promoted to supervisorof my own crew for the coil tubing unit which came with a
lot of responsibility such as safety, environmental and governmental regulatory and compliance.
I have to control and minimize cost through preventative maintenance plans and procedures,and
report all unsafe acts and conditions that would harm anyone or anything.
I also maintain a clean and safe working environment and housekeeping,and to train and

I well-tended in the Churchville area for Jabre. My responsibility was to keep up the well
locations, and to change charts weekly and monthly.
I walked pipe lines checking for leaks and did pipe line repairs.
I also had five compressors that I took care of, making sure they were serviced and running at all
times.
I had a company truck and four-wheeler that I was responsible for at all times.

I was responsible for having four crews working under my supervision five days a week. All of
the work was out of town.
3. I took care of the payroll for each person on the crews, met with the power company supervisor
for meetings, got work schedules for the crews, and all supplies that were needed for the jobs.
I also had a laptop computer and company truck that I was responsible for.

ACHIEVEMENT
When I was working out of town for UPT, I was sent to supervisor's school,and I got certified as being a
supervisor.I also achieved getting my Class B CDL's by going to work for Halliburton. I have learned a lot
about the oil field while working as a well tenderand at Halliburton. I have also learned a lot while
working here at Key Energy services. I also worked as a volunteerfire fighter for five years. I have been
CPR and First Aid trained, and took otherclasses in firefighting. While working at Key I have got my Class
A CDL’s, supervisory wild well control, safe land, fork lift, man lift, as well as other certifications.
