Automation in HOWITZER, Missouri S&T and GCOERA, India May 13-May 16
 For 155mm HE M101 HOWITZER projectile, a Mamdani fuzzy logic system is designed using
IF-THEN rules from point mass differential equations to develop firing table. Program code is written in MATLAB
& SIMULNK software. Developed miniature hardware model capable of firing projectile by pneumatic pressure.
 Extended the work done in the undergraduate project for discrete neural networks course.
Designed a neural network using Levenberg-Marquardt back propagation algorithm to develop basic firing table
of HOWITZERS using MATLAB software. Results between fuzzy system & neural system are analysed & compared.
 Incorporated an additional algorithm for selecting optimal trajectory of war artillery as a part of project for optimal
control & estimation course. Optimal path of projectile based on the Bellman equation.
