A) Working as Sr. Engineer –Welding since May-2010 till date in M/s setco Automotive Ltd.
Vadodara.
Key Responsibilities handled:
1. Programming of Robot for Laser Welding (ABB make).
2. Monitoring the daily production plan as per plan &rework, rejection quantity.
3. Process planning of material
4. Monitoring of process parameter &recording as per ISO/TS quality plan.
5. Root cause analysis, corrective action &preventive action in quality problem in the product.
6. To carry out total preventive maintenance/periodical maintenance before start of production for smooth
plant run.
7. Keeping records of material in SAP system.
8. Prepare document of process cum control plan, Process validation & Work instruction.

2. B) Worked with Munjal Auto Industries Ltd (Hero Group), Baroda from 01.06.2009 to 08.05.2010 as a
production engineer in Weld shop. It has sophisticated in- house manufacturing facilities including , Spot
welding, Co2welding, Argon welding, Linear Tig welding, arc welding, seam welding machine &
ISO/TS16949 -2002 &ISO -14000 certified company, supplier to Hero Honda &General Motors India limited.
Sheet metal component like silencer assembly wheel rims &side foot step sub assembly for OEM.
Key Responsibilities:

C) Worked as weld paneling engineer in Body shop (since 25.07.2008 to 30.05.2009) with Ruby Bus Pvt Ltd
(Ruby Rushi). It is one of the largest Bus body manufacturing companies of Tata &Ashok Leyland.
D) Worked as trainee engineer with Trumac Engineering Co. Ltd, Ahmedabad (Technical collaboration with
m/s Trutzschler of Gmbh-Grmany) in assembly Department since 01.06.2007 to 31.05.2008
Trumac is a manufacturer of textile processing machinery (blow room &carding machine).
