Current Company:- Ultimate Flexipack Ltd. (Sister concern of UFLEX LTD).
Working as an “Executive Assistant” to VP Finance
Work Responsibilities:
 Responsible for foreign remittance, preparing required documents and agreements like bank
guarantee, DA & Opening of LC etc.
 Responsible for arranging Buyers Credit & payments.
 Responsible for all banking functions & coordinate with different banks for completion of various
operational activities. Daily fund transfer & disbursements.
 Calculation of ageing for our parties/buyers and follow up for payments.
 Cost analysis. Regular costing of products, approving sales order after checking rates and dues.
 Assessment of credit requirements of corporate by analyzing their financials, industry dynamics,
projected cash flows and structuring deals to suit the customer’s requirements within permissible
limits.
 Planning and coordination in vendor’s payment.
 Preparing various MIS reports as required and other operational work.
 Reconciling party’s account.
 Daily monitoring of cash flow and fund flow, preparing MIS for record.

 Basic accounting function like Cash handling, maintaining Day Book (Cash Book), B/R & B/P. all
banking functions/formalities. Follow up payments. Voucher preparation, necessary documentation

Tax etc.
 Day to day operational work.
 Handling administration function such as facility management, office management operations etc.
