Professional Experience
• Worked in Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited as Accountant in Finance Dept. and
worked on JR basis since two year.
• My responsibilities are:
o Monitor recoveries of Advances
o Passing Bank payment and Journal voucher
o Preparing Accounting Schedule. Scrutinize and keep reconciling of the GLs
Monitor advances to employees, and advances to suppliers, trade creditors and keep
continued follow up.
o Keep correspondence to employees for adjustments and balance confirmation letters to the
parties, make necessary adjustments
o Prepare accounting schedules, suppliers, and security deposits
o Check the Adjustments of accrued expenses, payables and other receivables
o Obtain Tax payment receipts from the parties in respect of Adv. Income Tax deducted at
source and submit the same to the Taxes Dept. HO
o Maintain the FFC MM Relief Fund account, make payments and record the receipts,
Prepare the Statement of Payments & receipts, prepare the patient wise/year wise detail of
expenses.
• Worked as a Invigilation supervisor Sukkur, IBA (SAT-II)
• Done Internship from FFC Co. Ltd, Mirpur Mathelo for four months
• Worked in IBA Community College as P.A / Office Assistant..
Responsibilities are:
 To assist the Principal in routine works
 To maintain the Personal Files of Employees
 To draw the Offer Orders, Joining Reports & Office Orders of newly hired staff
 To maintain the minutes of meetings, working papers which takes place from time
to time
 To maintain the close coordination with College Coordinators
 To deal with the assignments assigned by Head Office
 To help the Head Office Officials in terms of Entry test of Staff
 To assist the Principal in Entry Tests of Candidates
 To help the Controller Examination in terms of Admission Process
 To attend the calls of parents & resolve their matters
 To maintain good relations with the parents of students
 To circulate the circulars issued by Worthy Principal
 To help the Coordinators in terms of preparing College Time Table
 To assist the Principal in terms of Evening Coaching Classes
 To render services in ADE Program
 To maintain the computerized record of students
 To assist the Admin Officer in his routine works
 To assist the Accounts Officer in Accounts works i.e. Maintaining Computerized
Cash Book, Bank Reconciliation, to enter the data in FIS (Financial Information
System), to make the fee vouchers, to maintain the fee defaulters list
 To enter the data in MIS (Management Information System)
 To enter the data in Vehicle Management System
 To maintain the Computerized record of Inventories & Supplies
 To provide the attendance to Accounts Department for Monthly salary purpose
