 Provide advanced office support for the Student Life department.
 Help students by answering questions, serving as a resource, and problem-solving.
 Provide support on planning and execution on the Student Life activities.
 Develop positive relationships with students.
 Design and create documents for the students such as students ID and parking decal.
 Maintain equipment, replenishes materials, and keep accurate inventory records.
 Make a difference in the lives of first-year students.

 Assists in resolving customers issues.
 Completes customer’s transactions efficiently at point of sale.
 Count the registers before opening and closing the store.

 Possess excellent verbal and written skills.
 Perform miscellaneous tasks like responding to phone inquiries, entering data, maintaining
client files, preparing mailings, and organizing books for sale.
 Possess computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access).
 Know about working in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.
 Bilingual in English and Spanish.
 Know about teamwork.
