My name is Jessica Bartlett. I am a highly organized and detail oriented worker. As an owner and
operator of a Phantom Fireworks stand I was solely responsible to maintain daily inventory and
revenue. After running the stand for a summer, the company owner and his staff asked me to repeat
my work as operator. I have the ability to prioritize and accomplish a large work load in an efficient
amount of time. While attending high school I also participated in courses from UVU and graduated
with my associate’s degree before obtaining my high school diploma. I have strong interpersonal skills.
As an undergraduate instructor in mathematics and biology at Utah State University for five years I
learned to conduct myself in a professional manner to command respect as a teacher from my peers
and to work well with people from many different backgrounds.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
I am customer service oriented. For example, as a server at Texas Roadhouse I was able to make sure
my customers had a positive experience with each visit. I was skilled enough working with difficult
customers that managers at my Logan location would make sure to assign customers that had had
previously negative experiences in my serving section to insure that they became repeat customers.
I am also very tech savvy and a quick learner. For example, in working as a personal assistant I was
asked to produce a daily excel spreadsheet of the previous day’s sales as well as learn HTML and C++.
After a few weeks part of my daily tasks became checking the companies 600+ websites hourly and
inspecting the HTML framework for errors as I found dysfunctional sites.
I am self-motivated. For example, as a sales representative in Maryland I would be on my own each
day knocking door-to-door. There would be days in which I would not make a sale and I would have
to convince myself to keep going in my efforts until I was successful. My last month selling I was able
to increase my sales percentage well over the required amount necessary to win a ticket on the
company cruise.
