Carrie Gossens has over 25 years of experience in education including experience as a teacher, librarian, administrator, and daycare provider. She is currently the School Administrator at Holy Spirit School where she oversees administration, budget planning, communication, and faith integration. Gossens received her bachelor's degree in elementary education from UW-Stevens Point and is expected to complete her master's degree in school administration and curriculum from Marian University in fall 2015. She is multi-task oriented, a quick study, persistent, and creative with a proven track record of leadership in both teaching and administration roles in Catholic school systems.

QUALIFICATIONS
Multi-task oriented- as a teacher I am required to be organized, well-prepared and
ready for anything every moment of the day not only teaching a subject, but
disciplining, dealing with emotional needs and at any time interruptions, changes in
schedule and numerous other distractions.
Quick Study- for as long as I can remember, I have always been able to learn things
quickly and easily from subjects in school to the use of various machines. Show me
once and I will understand; show me twice and I am on my way.
Persistent- figuring out how things work has always intrigued me. When it comes to
new equipment, putting together a packaged item or finding the answer to someone's
question, I never give up. I will work at it, try new approaches and seek out advice to
solve whatever the problem may be.
Creative- I have always had the ability to create new and interesting ways of doing
things; something that has come in handy as an educator, but also as a crafter,
seamstress, scrapbooker and parent.
