Trained and coached 14 inexperienced trainers to teach standardized training protocols on 7
different manufacturing platforms in consistent, easy to understand ways, certifying 400 operators
on 4 shifts, achieving over 500 certifications in 1 ½ years (KGM - Windsor).
My team created a unique team based training protocol where new employees were grouped
together by machine and position during their orientation week and went to that machine together
with dedicated trainers until certified (KGM – Windsor).
Trained and coached 7 supervisors who, in turn, trained 100 line workers to make their own
aesthetic quality control decisions in a high quality, craft skilled based manufacturing environment
– with everyone becoming their own inspector (Crown Castings, Inc.).
Trained Taiwanese business partner and Chinese supervisory and administrative staff how to
administer and execute the Crown Castings’ Chinese operation (Crown Castings, Inc.).
Developed machine specific, day-by-day, learning plans for new employees to use and follow

Training Coordinator
• Managed all packaging machine operator training, including safety, policies, processes,
procedures, and records of certification and training.
• Responded to all QA audits and provided all retraining and re-documentation.
• Partnered with management to identify and resolve all skills gaps.
• Collaborated in creation of all machine operator process documentation, improvement strategies,
and training program procedures to assure consistency of operational tasks, cost reduction,
space utilization and the safety and cleanliness of the workplace
2. • Created, controlled and customized all standard work documents and records for each of 27 work
stations.
• Documented and controlled all machine changeover settings and processes.
• Developed detailed training calendars by shift, documenting specific dates that assessments were

Training Director/Production Manager
• Trained and coached all supervisors and managers on all shifts in safety, technology and processes
of casting, electroplating, chemistry, metal polishing, lacquering, painting, decorating, assembly, and
shipping and receiving in both N.J. and China.
• Led in-house team which developed of unique casting machinery that enabled company to produce
the world’s finest and largest white metal castings--while reducing metal usage and costs by 35%.
• As company grew in U.S., planned, led, and brought 3 additional manufacturing lines to production,
expanding to 115 employees, overseeing all training.
• Managed permanent relocation of 50,000-square-foot manufacturing operation to China; lived in
China for 3 years coaching and training (through translators) employees, ensuring quality and
efficient communicating internationally.
• Applied for and awarded a $75,000 federal grant to hire a Total Quality Management consulting firm.

Operations Manager
