I have had the pleasure of supervising and working with Randy
Seymour over the last 6 years with Canship Ugland. In his time with
us he as proven himself to be a member of the Canship Team.
Randy is a wonderful person and an even better employee. He is a
very dedicated worker and his ability to tackle any task layed down
at his hand as he's a great solver of problems and can work without
supervision and possesses the ability to take direction well,
completing assigned to him with little direction.
During his time here Randy had had to wear many hats and
complete different job ranging from being in charge of the PPE,
organizing the stock rooms, taking care of the canteen, training in
safety, doing all Purchasing from ordering provision to ordering
vessels equipment. data entry, organizing files, accounts
payable/receivable, responsible for the payroll to answering
telephone inquiries dealing with purchasing related matters, payroll,
crew expenses, etc. etc. It is through the completion of these many
tasks that he has displayed his greatest characteristics and most
valuable skills - he is a worker who will adapt to any situation, and
any new challenges and will work diligently to finish the job.
Most importantly Randy is a positive influence in the workplace.
Overall Randy is a well organized individual with a skill set that
would be valuable to any organization.

Seymour over the last 4 years while we have worked together
onboard the shuttle tankers MT Catherine Knutsen& MT Jasmine
Knutsen.
Randy is a very capable and reliable ships clerk and conducts
himself in a very professional manner. He is obviously very
interested in his work and is eager to learn new skills which will aid
in his professional development.This has become evident with the
vast amount of extra hours Randy puts in on his own time to ensure
smooth and efficient operations.
Randy works well as part of a team or in an individual setting. His
quality of work is excellent and he has agreat attitude towards his
work.More importantly, he has a disciplined attention and approach
to our company's safety culture onboard.
