  • #2 Good Morning, it is pleasure to spend a few moment with you on this safety day. I always appreciate the opportunity I have to talk to you as a group. In the many counseling sessions that I assist you in, one of the major areas that I deal with is conflict resolution. It can be marital conflict, conflict between a coworkers, or conflict between roommates or other people. In order for us to function better as a team, I want to spend a couple of minutes looking a resolving personal conflict.
