report to respective HOD
about the staff who wants to
resign.
The respective HOD have
to inform to HR about the
staff.
HR have to discuss with the
staff who wants to resign.
HR have to discuss with
respective HOD.
HR report to CEO for the
resign staff.
HR inform to the staff who
wants to resign that to fill up
the respective forms (resign
form, clearance form, exit
interview, etc.)
Staff have to fill up the
forms and pay back to HR.
HR makes report about the
resign staff.
