The document proposes a new scenario-based language called Triggered Scenarios (TS) to model system behavior. It consists of an existential Triggered Scenario (eTS) and universal Triggered Scenario (uTS). An eTS specifies that the mainchart must be possible after the trigger, while a uTS specifies the mainchart must always follow the trigger. The document presents an algorithm to synthesize a modal transition system (MTS) from TS, which characterizes all possible implementations without making arbitrary choices. The MTS refinement allows integrating multiple scenarios and properties through an iterative process of synthesis, model checking and refinement.
