This document provides a recipe for asam pedas cumi (spicy and sour squid dish) in Indonesian. The recipe calls for 1 kg of squid, lemon juice, shallots, chilies, and bumbu (spice mixture) including garlic, shallots, red chilies, and bird's eye chilies. To make it, the squid is cooked along with the bumbu and other ingredients then seasoned with tamarind or lime juice for the sour flavor.
