This presentation examines the effects of macroeconomic variables on the profitability of listed commercial banks in Pakistan. It aims to determine the impact of inflation, GDP, and exchange rates on bank profitability, as measured by return on assets and equity. The study uses a sample of commercial banks listed on the Pakistani stock exchange. Regression analysis will be performed to analyze the relationship between the macroeconomic independent variables and the dependent variable of bank profitability. The objective is to provide insights that can help strategies for commercial bank development in Pakistan.
