This research proposal examines how self-help groups promote entrepreneurship activities in Patna District, Bihar. The proposal outlines the introduction and rationale, literature review, objectives, methodology, and references. The introduction discusses how self-help groups provide microcredit to members, allowing them to engage in entrepreneurial activities. The literature review analyzes previous studies on the socioeconomic impacts of self-help groups and examples of entrepreneurial initiatives members have undertaken. The objectives are to understand how self-help groups help develop women entrepreneurs and the types of entrepreneurial activities members engage in.
