1) Online gaming is becoming more popular than outdoor gaming due to its accessibility and ease of play. Online games can be played by anyone regardless of skill level and require minimal physical movement.
2) Traditional outdoor games often require specialized skills and training as well as provide physical exercise. However, online games provide mental exercise by challenging players to think strategically and solve problems quickly.
3) Both online and outdoor gaming have benefits, but online options are more inclusive and accessible. Maintaining a balance of both is ideal for well-rounded entertainment and development.
From Playability to a Hierarchical Game Usability ModelLennart Nacke
This paper presents a brief review of current game usability models. This leads to the conception of a high-level game usability framework model that integrates current usability approaches in game industry and game research.
Playability & Player Experience ResearchLennart Nacke
As the game industry matures and games become more and more complex, there is an increasing need to develop methodologies for analyzing and measuring player experience, in order to develop a better understanding of the relationship and interactions between players and games. This panel gathers distinguished European playability and user experience experts to discuss current findings and methodological advancements within player experience and playability research.
Player Experience (PX), user experience in the specific context of digital games, is currently a nebulous term with no commonly accepted definition or coherent backing
theory. In this presentation, a brief overview of the current state-of-the-art of PX knowledge is presented, with a specific emphasis on comparing PX research with the massive amount of knowledge currently being generated about user experience in other areas of HCI, notably productivity applications. Furthermore, to outline the current gaps in the knowledge of PX and integrate current research into a unified theoretical framework, creating a shared point of reference for the decidedly multi-disciplinary PX research.

Enterprise Excellence is Inclusive Excellence.pdfKaiNexus
Enterprise excellence and inclusive excellence are closely linked, and real-world challenges have shown that both are essential to the success of any organization. To achieve enterprise excellence, organizations must focus on improving their operations and processes while creating an inclusive environment that engages everyone. In this interactive session, the facilitator will highlight commonly established business practices and how they limit our ability to engage everyone every day. More importantly, though, participants will likely gain increased awareness of what we can do differently to maximize enterprise excellence through deliberate inclusion.
What is Enterprise Excellence?
Enterprise Excellence is a holistic approach that's aimed at achieving world-class performance across all aspects of the organization.
What might I learn?
A way to engage all in creating Inclusive Excellence. Lessons from the US military and their parallels to the story of Harry Potter. How belt systems and CI teams can destroy inclusive practices. How leadership language invites people to the party. There are three things leaders can do to engage everyone every day: maximizing psychological safety to create environments where folks learn, contribute, and challenge the status quo.
Who might benefit? Anyone and everyone leading folks from the shop floor to top floor.

www.seribangash.com
A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.

Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.

Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

greater than secondary data.

18. Report
The concept behind entertainment has significantly changed with the revolution of
computer technologies and currently we occasionally see those traditional entertainment
methods. There are lot of changes happened in the way we used to watch movies, listen
to music and play games etc. online games have taken over the traditional games and
these days people are more interested towards playing fun sport games that are
available in the internet.
In this article I will explain the reasons why the free online games are dominating and
have taken charge over the traditional outdoor games. I will also explain the negative
points in pay online kinds of games according to the discussion.
Special skill set:
Examples of some traditional games include basket ball, hockey, football, cricket etc.
There are many more but these are the famous ones. Not every one is capable to play
such games as they greatly need special skill set to play these games. People who did
not take proper training can not even think to play such games.
19. Report
On the contrary sports online games can be played by everyone irrespective of their
knowledge or the skill set over the game and their age. Most of the internet games are
flash games which are created more interactively and user friendly and any one with
very less efforts can become expertise in the action games.
Physical exercise:
The main advantage in playing Traditional outdoor games besides entertainment is they
are the good physical exercise to our body. As these games require the complete motion
and movement of our body they give perfect exercise to players who play them.
There is no concept of physical exercise involved with computer games adventures.
These games are played indoors and require very less body movement. But some
movement will be there in hands and if played for long times they result in minor body
injuries like pain in the hands and headache.
But sport games online are the best exercise for our mind. They allow our brain to think
interactively and take decisions very quickly and instantly. This increases our problem
solving techniques which is one of the key factors every one is looking for.
There are many more differences in the traditional outdoor games and the online sports
games in many aspects. Both have their respective advantages and limitations. One
must properly maintain a balance between them.
