This document outlines a study on the related teaching activities of elementary teachers at Northwestern Visayan Colleges. The study aims to identify the activities teachers prefer and are engaged in, and examine how preferences may differ based on teacher demographics like sex, age, civil status and past performance ratings. The conceptual framework shows how these independent teacher variables could influence dependent variables like activity preference. The significance is that understanding teacher preferences could help administrators design better school programs that maximize teaching efficiency while involving teachers in related work.
