The proposed film will tell the story of a teenage pregnancy from the father's perspective. It will be a comedy/drama in the vein of the movie Juno, focusing on the drama and comedy of a teenage boy dealing with becoming a father. The target audience will be teenagers and young adults aged 13-35. It will have a summer release window to capitalize on audiences being out of school. With a $5 million budget, it will star Drake Bell, Jack Black, and Jennifer Aniston in breakthrough roles under the direction of Jason Reitman, known for blending comedy and serious subjects.

Our film will be JUNO FROM THE FATHERS PERSPECTIVE.
The genre will be a comedy/drama.
Our film will focus on the fathers perspective of how he is dealing with
becoming a teenage father and how the drama comes about after finding out
the news. The film will consist of drama through out yet have aspects of
comedy.
The films in this type of genre that has inspired us to make this pitch is Juno.

3. Target Audience
-The target audience will be ranged from all teenagers, including
male and female, from 13-35 and would be rated a 12A.
-It would mainly aimed at teenagers, but also at their families as
they can relate to the situation and everyone will have different
feelings/opinion of the situation.

• Our film will be released in Summer (July-August). We have
chosen this season, as it will be Summer within the world of
our film, so the audience can relate and will seem more
realistic.
• The reason for us choosing Summer for our film to be
released in, is because teenagers and parents will have a lot
more to go see it, as there will be no School.

5. Film Budget
• Our film is a low budget American independent
film, so will be ranged around 5 million.
• Unlike other production companies, our film will not
consist of the high ranged actors that are very well
known and appear in very high budget films. eg, The
Dark Knight.

6. The Stars
This is the film that will get Jack Black an Oscar.

subjects, which sums up our film.
