• Profits range from $15,000 to $75,000+ per project
• Typically 6 months from purchase to sale
 Build Rental Portfolio
• Rehab and hold for cash flow
• Monthly cash flow ranges from $500 to $2,000 per property
• Typically 4 - 6 months from purchase to refinance
