This document contains summaries of two apartment exterior repaint projects completed by Renovia commercial painting services. The first project involved repainting all buildings, garages, and clubhouse at River Ridge Apartments in Indianapolis. Residents were notified of the work and care was taken to work safely around balconies and belongings. Weekly updates were provided to stakeholders. The second project repainted a 4-story mid-rise building in Nashville. It required logistical planning due to the building's location on a main road. Challenges around access, timing and permits were addressed and the project was completed on schedule before weather changes arrived.

increase curb appeal to prospective residents.
PROJECT DETAILS
This project had several moving pieces that required partnering in
communication with the construction, property and project
managers. Residents were efficiently notified about the upcoming
paint project, which included any delays or setbacks related to
weather. Our crew initiated extreme caution when working on and
around residents’ balconies and belongings. Weekly updates were
sent from our project management staff to all parties involved
showing progress reports and completion photos.

Mid-rise Apartment Exterior Repaint
Midtown Apartments
Nashville, TN
SCOPE
• Exterior repaint to 4-story Mid-Rise Building
• Significant color change took place which was designed to elevate the
property’s urban feel and to enhance visibility towards new clientele versus
their competition
PROJECT DETAILS
This project required logistical preparation due to the front elevation of the
property being located on a main thoroughfare. Our Renovia project
management team navigated through several pre-construction obstacles
which included access issues, overall timeline of the project, street closures
and sidewalk/street permitting.
Coinciding with difficult access issues, our backs were against the wall to
complete this project before the weather turned in late Fall. Both Renovia &
the owners partnered together and finished this project on time and on
budget.
