8. Sam is 4th grade student. Sam is very kind hearted and
loving child .He started speak late because of his physical
disability. He is discipline child. He talks softly and do
friendship with everyone. He likes to play with kites, play
cricket and cycling. Mostly He likes outdoor games. He
watches television. In t.v program he likes to watch
comedy series. He operates computer and laptop very well.
In lockdown Sam used to eat junk food mostly, burger,
pizza, broast etc, he used to eating disorder .He doesn’t
like to eat home made foods.
CASE STUDY.
9. Sam’s parents not satisfied about his study. It is
difficult task for Sam ,to do academic related task, such
as reading text, writing and asking question, completing
home work and doing class work etc.
Academic related task are big burden for him. He
becomes aggressive or reluctant to complete academic
task. His teacher and mother think he does not want to
study and perform academic activities. It creates big
vond between Sam and his mother and teacher. Now a
days Sam becomes too much aggressive and puzzle child
and difficult to handle with stakeholders .He does not
want to like any interesting activities that he likes
before.

20. Daily Routine
Sam wakes up early morning at 6 a.m. He prepares to
go to school. He back to school at 2:30 p.m. After
taking lunch, he took a nap for half hr. When he
wakes up tuition timing start.He had to go tuition.
Before going to tuition. His Quran teacher came he
recite Quran for 15 min. After that, he went to
tuition with his siblings. He came back from tuition
after two hrs. At 7:30.p.m. During dinner, he watched
tv with his siblings. Soon, he feels too tired and ready
to go to bed at 9:00.
ROUTINE
21. Weekend Routine / lockdown routine
Wake up late at 12:30.p.m. After taking brunch ,he
took online school classes. After 3 hrs. . He went to
upstairs and flying kites with his cousins. When he
came back he start having some meal . And ready to
go tution. After two hrs . He came back . And playing
games on mobile. Sometimes he went to meet his
grand father and grand mother. Who live near to him.
He often spend time with his cousins and playing
cricket. After taking dinner with watching tv. He
played game on mobile “PUBG”. He slept late night.
22. SOLUTION
• Eat healthy and organic foods.
• Play physical activity games cycling, swimming, playing
outdoor games. (cricket, football, basket ball, tennis)
• Go to park near to home with mother or father by walk in
evening.
• Spend time in nature walk on grass.

• Motivate him to do life skills work with stakeholders.
• (examples encourage him to help mother in home
chores.)

• When he’ll go to bed father or mother should
ask him about his routine and mother should
tell him any Hadees or any Islamic Qissa
which is related to Prophet Daily life such as
What our last prophet to eat , how He lived
his life , how He behaved with children and
others. How manage our anger and attitude.
Parents should Inculcate good deeds their
children but first have to follow themselves.
