persuaded the executive team to move forward with the product.
 Delivered an engineering pre-study and prototype that created an enhanced IMS-based multimedia
application for first responders, determining Harris’ public safety application and service roadmap.
 Created multiple innovative products and services, including:
‒ The company’s LTE pilot program model, which enabled potential customers to try out broadband
services before making a substantial purchase.
‒ A Harris-hosted core managed services model projected to generate $1.8 million annually.
 Devised service-level agreements (SLAs) with vendor partner and potential customers that defined an
incident management system as well as an escalation path from the network operator to the product
development team.
 Evaluated and recommended an LTE infrastructure vendor selected for Harris’ successful LTE pilot
program.
