Experience:
 November 1, 2005 – Current – Secretary to the Associated Vice-President for the
Office of Teaching, Learning, & Technology at Jacksonville State University.
• Acts as the associated vice president’s representative establishing and
maintaining critical and sensitive communication with public and private
agencies, professional persons, and other officials: transmitting and
interpreting the associate vice president’s decisions and views.
• Performs a variety of independent research and report preparation; supervises
the preparation and compilation of agenda.
• Collects and organizes data required by the vice president for speaking
engagements.
• Keeps informed of new rules, regulations, and legislation pertinent to the
University; handles questions, complaints, and problems regarding University
procedure and functions.
• Assists in preparing and reviewing pertinent legislation.
• Facilitates implementation of budgets.
• Ensures that policies and decisions of the vice president are known to
appropriate organizational units and the public.

Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and the Bursar’s Office.
