ended,andprobingquestionsandhadto keepthe individual engagedfor3minsstraight.Theywere
givena postassessmentatthe endof training;eachparticipantscoreda passinggrade on their
assessment.Myworkexperience asaCustomerService Advocate aswell asservingasapointof contact
and trainingassistantforthe same departmenthasallowed me tobecome asubjectmatterexpert
(SME) of our customer’sexpectationsandhow toeffectivelyinteractwithourcustomers.The artifact
alignswiththe expectationsof the challenge.Ihave learnedtohave patiencewithmyself andthe
intendedaudience andtotailorfuture presentationstothe needof the audience.Everyone will arriveto
